ffaf7c8252 Implement dictionary handling. 
This adds the methods

- `deflateSetDictionary`
- `inflateSetDictionary`

as well as calling `setDictionary` at the right point when passing
the a `dictionary` option to one of

- `pako.deflate`
- `new pako.Deflate`
- `pako.inflate`
- `new pako.Inflate`
